Refund & Return Policy
At Select Stock, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an easy return and refund process.
1. Return Window
- We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks and swimwear.
- Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, etc.).
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products or personalized items.
- Items purchased during an explicit "Final Sale" or clearance event.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you can follow these simple steps:
- Email our support team at shop@selectstock.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Please attach clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address (if reverse pickup is available for your pin code).
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse address.
4. Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted by our team, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.
5. Refunds Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit card, Netbanking) within [5–7 business days].
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account or UPI details to securely process the refund transfer.
