1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  2. The product is missing items or accessories
  3. The product does not match the description on the website

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  2. Clearance or sale items
  3. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  4. Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories

SelectStock reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@selectstock.com within the return window
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Share clear images or videos of the product if requested

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.


4. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  3. Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.


5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, SelectStock may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the product is available in stock.

Replacement requests follow the same eligibility and verification process as returns.


6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders may be canceled before dispatch
  2. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.


6.2 Cancellation by SelectStock

SelectStock reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  1. Product unavailability
  2. Pricing or listing errors
  3. Suspected fraudulent activity
  4. Force majeure or logistical issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide unboxing images or video evidence if requested

Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


8. Shipping & Return Costs

  1. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by SelectStock
  2. In approved cases of damaged or incorrect products, SelectStock may arrange reverse pickup


9. Reseller / Bulk Orders

Refunds and returns for bulk, wholesale, or reseller orders may be governed by separate agreements and are not covered under standard consumer return policies unless explicitly stated.


10. Policy Abuse

SelectStock reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  1. Repeated or suspicious return requests are identified
  2. Policy abuse or misuse is detected


11. Changes to This Policy

SelectStock may update this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
