1. Accepted Payment Methods

SelectStock currently supports the following payment options:

1.1 Online Payments

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways:

  1. Stripe – Credit Cards, Debit Cards, International Payments
  2. Razorpay – Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking

All online payments are encrypted and processed directly by the payment gateway providers. SelectStock does not store your card or bank details.

1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. COD is available on select eligible products and locations
  2. Availability may vary based on delivery partner, order value, and customer history
  3. SelectStock reserves the right to disable COD for certain users or orders

In some cases, a COD convenience fee may apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

1.3 Wallet Payments

SelectStock may offer wallet-based payments, including:

  1. Internal SelectStock wallet (if applicable)
  2. Third-party wallet integrations via supported payment gateways

Wallet balances are non-transferable and can be used only in accordance with applicable wallet terms.

2. Payment Security

Your payment security is our top priority.

We ensure that:

  1. All transactions are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
  2. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe & Razorpay)
  3. Sensitive payment data is never stored on SelectStock servers

SelectStock does not have access to your complete card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

3. Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful payment:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS
  2. A transaction reference number will be generated for tracking

If a payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be confirmed.

4. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Transactions

In case of:

  1. Failed transactions – Amounts, if debited, are usually auto-reversed by the bank within 5–7 business days
  2. Duplicate payments – Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method

5. Refunds & Payment Reversals

  1. Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Return Policy
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
  3. COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable

Refund timelines depend on banks, gateways, and payment modes.

6. Fraud Prevention & Security Checks

SelectStock reserves the right to:

  1. Verify transactions for suspected fraud or misuse
  2. Cancel orders that appear suspicious or unauthorized
  3. Restrict payment methods for specific users or locations

We may request additional verification for high-value or unusual transactions.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

For card payments, chargebacks are governed by the policies of the respective payment gateway and card issuer.

If a chargeback is raised:

  1. We may suspend the related account during investigation
  2. Supporting documents may be submitted to the payment gateway
  3. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account restrictions

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate payment information
  2. Keep your account and payment credentials secure
  3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized transaction

SelectStock shall not be liable for losses resulting from user negligence or unauthorized account access.

9. Third-Party Payment Providers

Stripe, Razorpay, and other payment partners operate under their own privacy and security policies.

SelectStock is not responsible for issues arising directly from third-party payment service providers beyond our control.

10. Changes to This Policy

SelectStock reserves the right to modify or update this Payment & Security Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
